Do you get ovulation pain and what does it feel like?

hi all,
Im sitting here with a pain on my right ovary, its like a constant, sharp, stitch.....does this sound like O pain? Im due to O on new years eve, is it too early to get this pain?

I get O pain every month about 1-2 days before I actually O.. Mine is like a dull ache in my side and it sort of feels as though I am constipated but I am not IYKWIM...

Yep, it sounds like the pain I get, you usually O between 12-24hrs after the pain I think.

If it's any help I usually O on day 16.

hmmm thanks guys, Im not due to ovulate until around the 31st, so in 4 days! Maybe Im Oing early this month! OPK is negative so Im not sure.

I usually start getting o pains a few days before. Don't rule out Oing early even if you are getting negative opk's.
From personal experience (it's a long story ) I can tell you that your O signs are more reliable than opk's. Take note of your CM as well for more reassurance to what is going on.
