There are some similarities between me and my mum, and a lot of differences too.
My mum was in labour with me for around 36 hours, and almost had an emergency c-section when my head got stuck against her pelvis, then with my brother (who is 18 months my junior) had a labour of 1 hour 10 mins from the very first contraction until he was born (my mum swears Rasberry Leaf Tea is the reason she had such a quick labour with my bro lol).
Both of us were around 2 weeks late too and she had bad BHs with my brother that pretended to be the real thing quite a lot in the last trimester.

My mum had also been told she could never have kids because of severe endometriosis and was on the pill when both of us were conceived.

Me, my DS was conceived while on the pill when my DH and I had only been together for about 3.5 months and I had a labour of approx 41.5 hours from the very first moment I was induced with my DS to the moment they cut him out of me via emergency c-section (his head got stuck against my pelvis and wouldn't budge).
I have also had a lot of trouble getting & staying pregnant (6 early losses out of 8 pregnancies over 6 years, 4 of those losses were pill babies too) although there is apparently nothing wrong with me according to all the basic tests and I was about to see a gyno to discuss possible endo when I got my sticky BFP.

There will be 2yrs and 3 months age difference between my DS and this little one (depending on when she decides to arrive lol).

I have also had really bad/extremely painful BHs with both my sticky pregnancies and they regularly pretend to be the real thing as well.

In some ways yes, we had small babies and we both had an emergency c sect for a breech birth.

I had early labours and one premmie but she went on time and then overdue.

She had trouble ttc and a miscarriage but I had no problems, twice I was pg without planning.

We both had one child with severe reflux.

So we have similarities but are also very different.

Yes and no, both had a boy then a girl but thats where it ends.

From the sounds of it she had no trouble TTC because both pregnancies were "accidents". She's also never had a miscarriage, I don't know much about her first birth but my birth was induced slightly early (as were the birth of my own kids) but hers was because I had done the first poo thingy while still in there lol TMI?

I actually have more similarities to my mum's eldest sister (my Auntie) in more ones than one, she's actually childless even she tried very hard for a baby and had many m/c's, I think she's who I got my make-up, shoe and "dressing up" obsession from as well.

my mum had no trouble falling pregnant with me, and i am disgustingly fertile - but that's probably where the similiarities end.
mum had a carefree pregnancy, her only craving was tomato juice. i was delivered via c/s at 42 weeks - i was breech, aswell as failure to progress.
i on the other hand suffered hyperemesis from 4 weeks pg - delivery, had acid reflux, my spine swelled, my blood pressure was so low i would faint contstantly, and my hormones (and mental state) went ballistic. fun hey.
