Hi everyone...I've been off the pill for about 4 months now. And while I tracked my cycle before DS1, I'm just keeping a rough eye on it for now as we don't intend to officially TTC#2 until next year.
BUT. I keep getting this wierd 'blob' of stuff on either day 14, 15 or 16. Before that for about 3 days I have what I can only describe as sore ovaries. Its just gross and I've never had it before. It's probably about a teaspoon worth almost like really thick egg white. It doesn't seem very wet...its more sticky. I dunno, like its around ovulation time, but it doesn't seem very fertile...its quite thick, how is a little sperm meant to make its way through?? I don't have much CM for the rest of my cycle apart from this one blob.
Yep it is normal, and it's very, very fertile It's actually referred to as you described: EWCM (egg-White cervical mucous). You get it around ovulation and it's a great carrier of sperm. Sounds like your body is doing exactly what it needs to
