EPO - does it really help?

Hello!!
Been thinking that IF my current cycle is not successful I need to do something to help increase the quality of my cm. I am fairly dry these days, during O I will have a bit of watery cm but not a lot so we've been using pre-seed. I know that I can get EWCM but it was a few years ago when I had a break from the pill...
So just wanted to know if it does help increase and improve the quality of cm? How long does it take until you see a change? How do you take EPO? All I know is only take in until O and then stop til next cycle shows..

Ngla: It does help with producing more EWCM, you just take it according the directions on the bottle, mine says two to three times a day so I just take two during the day and swallow them with a glass of water they are just like vitamins.
As for how long until you see a change well I can not remember hun I think I noticed a change that very cycle of when I first took them but it is so long ago so don't qoute me on that.
I don't take it every month but the months I do there is definatly more CM.
Hope this helps and your right just take it from cd1 to O then stop.

Yes, EPO definitely worked for me - first cycle I took it I noticed a big difference. I barely had watery CM but got some the cycle I started the EPO, a couple of months later some EWCM (huge deal for me!). Plus lots of it.

I take x2 a day up to O.
