Everything is the same.. but still a negative HPT??

Morning,

My mind won't leave this alone.. so here I am.
Been "feeling" like I am pregnant.. only had 1 cycle since the birth of my second DS, who is now 8 months. So wasn't expecting it so soon. But when AF did the usual "spotting" like I had with both my boys.. and then went away.. I put it to being pregnant for sure. So did a HPT this morning.. and it came back negative.

So im now very confused. Should I test again??

How many dpo are you? it depends on when you ovulated and if you ovulated late, and when implantation was? there is still a possible chance you are pregnant but its just too early....

I know with me my last cycle i was 4 days late and kept testing and all negative and then i got my period. i think i must have o'd late

AF just arrived... so you are on the money I think. I am trying to work out my cycle.. not having much luck. : )

Its really hard to tell when you ovulate and even if you use the tests and they say you're going to o doesnt mean you will. Last month i used normally OPKs which were quiet confusing and i was getting positives, neg, positives, this month im using digi...so far its an negative for o at this stage and no positives....so i am hoping in the next few days.........do you chart or use a therm? Its so hard working out cycles...especially after miscarriage for me...
