Just wondering if anybody can help with some advice for me regarding exercise and conception/early pregnancy.

I've newly joined a gym to try to lose some of the baby weight I gained with my first born. I'm pretty unfit and about 15kg overweight but have been hitting boot camp and boxing classes with vengeance - ouch.

We are trying to conceive and I'm wondering what the guidelines are for exercise. I am currently about a week away from my next period due date, so could be pregnant but obviously don't know. Should I be taking it easy or can I continue doing the hard yards at the gym until I find out? Then if I am pregnant how can I exercise without risking harm to my bub.

I'm finding conflicting advice on the net so don't want to look any further.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
