Fever during tww

Hi,
I have been really sick for the last couple of days and am mid way through my tww. So my question is, how dangerous is it to have a high fever at this time? I am really worried ...

Try not to worry too much. When we were going through IVF for dd I got very bad food poisoning right when we were having the egg retrieval. I had stomach cramps and fevers so bad I got whole body shakes for the whole 2ww. I was seeing my gp as well as my fs and my gp rang to tell me I had contracted a bad case of food poisoning and it would be unlikely that a pregnancy could have taken. The next day my fs did my blood test and it was positive. DD is now happy and healthy 10 months old. Your body is an amazing thing!
