I've been reading around these forums for a while now and finally decided to join as you all seem such a lovely bunch!
DP and I are finally TTC! The difficult thing about this is that he has just gone into the army - so we don't get to see each other much right now which makes this very difficult, at least for the next few months until he is able to come home. Last weekend he had leave so we jumped on the chance. What I am concerned about is that AF was 5 days late at the time, and being all very new to this, I don't know what our chances are. I came off the pill norimin at the end of December, and my first 2 periods were bang on 3 weeks apart, then this one was not. It may be that my body isn't ready yet I'm not sure, took a HPT and came back negative.
I think AF may arrive soon I had a little red tinge in CM today, but I'm wondering could this be implantation?
What do you think the chances are that we were lucky enough to conceive? I'm doubtful but theres still a little hope there!
Going by what you said that you DTD when you were 5 days late. Id say there is no chance this cycle. Women normally ovulate around cd14 on a 28 day cycle. So yeah. Good luck! and make sure to join your TTC group!
Thats what I thought - I guess I'll have to wait and see if AF arrives in the next few days but I'm not getting my hopes up too much! My cycle may not even be settled yet - I was on the pill for 5 years until now so its probably still adjusting.
