Inplantation bleeding or unusual period?

Hi there guys, my name's Lottie and I'm new to the forum. I've a somewhat strange question. My partner and I were together during the middle of my cycle but there was a miscommunication afterwards and so I took the 'Morning after' (NorLevo) pill about 12 hours later. We were together again twice (within 15 hours of taking it) after talking NorLevo.

About 6-7 days after we were together, I started to have a brownish spotting that became pinkish-red and it was a lot lighter then my period (but still heavier then I would assume implantion bleeding is) and lasted around 4 days. It did become quite red but it didn't flow as easily as my normal period.

The reason I'm unsure if the pill worked is because my mother became pregnant on the normal birth control pill twice and my sister became pregnant on it once and they are more effective then NorLevo.

My normal period still isn't due for a week or so after this bleeding finished. I've been feeling very lethargic and achy but maybe it's just wishful thinking?

I appologise if this is the wrong place to post this question but I hope someone may have some advice.
