Positive ANA result and TTC

I have just had a blood test that has shown a positive ANA result. Has anyone else had this, did it affect you TTC? or your pregnancy?

They are anti nuclear antibodies and some studies say they may have an impact on implantation failure, while other studies say they shouldn't be an issue. I am strongly ANA positive but no other symptoms in regard to that but because we have multiple fertility issues, I asked to be put on aspirin just in case for my pregnancy. I don't think it is so much an issue while ttc, more potentially with an embryo implanting successfully. HTH and good luck
