HELP with my Chart

I am having trouble with my chart..
temp all good pre ovulation, then ovulation dip then after ovulation temp still low (all excited) but around day 25 suddenly it shoots up and then menstrate 3-4 days later..
whats going on.. this is re-occuring.. some months i even get that pregnant feeling, but then i am not..

Maybe you are to stressed. Stress alters your cycle. You need to try hard to be as relaxed as possible. I also suggest that apart from using BBT to monitor your ovulation, also check your discharges. Fertile days will give you elastic discharges.
