Hello just wondering if anyone could tell me if they have experienced something similar please? I'm so sorry for th novel!

As a bit of background - I came off the pill in February this year as the other half and I decided to start trying for a family. Anywho, since then I've had 33-34 day cycles, with cramping and sore breasts starting about a week before AF, then the first day of AF is very painful, with heavy bleeding and days 2-5 aren't painful at all and very light bleeding.

Last month, I had no symptoms of AF coming and 37th day (Thursday), I had the smallest amount of light brown discharge just before bed.. Friday morning, nothing. Took sister to doctors, came home and went to the bathroom and (TMI) had a REALLY bad cramp around my hips followed by a huuuuuge gush of bright red blood. bleeding lasted about 4 hours then died back off to light brown discharge which lasted the weekend and continued on the Monday. Had a doctors appointment booked on the monday for a follow up on an ovarian cyst found on a ct scan, so mentioned it to him and he kinda laughed at me and told me to go do a urine test which was negative. Had to have an ultrasound anyway so he added some extra stuff onto the form and sent me off.

Tuesday went for the ultrasound, had a normal one and an internal done, then went back to the doctor on the Wednesday. Scans showed nothing and the cyst was gone - yay! He put it down to my body being out of wack due to the pill and said I'll be fine.

About a week ago, I started to get very sore nipples but no other breast pain, which has now changed into the bottom of my breasts being horribly sore, still with sore nipples. I'm pretty good with keeping track of discharge every month, it's generally the same every month but so far I've had none. I'm getting confused - I don't know if I should go back and make/ask him to start testing for different things or what the go is... Can anyone shed any light at all please?
