Am I Pregnant?? Need Advise Please

Hi everyone well heres my story and id like everyones advice please
Im 24 and have 3 year old twins daughters. I know when i ovulated this month. Im a few days late for my period have had terrible skin i broke out really bad this month am always sleepy and i have been sleeping really well, i have had niggling feelings but no cramps i feel sick so i eat then i feel really full and sick again i had bad morning sickness with the twins but that wasn't until i was 8 weeks. My emotions are really bad im angry then happy then sad then annoyed and i have no idea what is going on with my body or if im preganant.i have taken a pregnancy test 3 days ago it was negative Please i need advice.
