For an accurate result wait until after AF is late. But some of us are incredibly impatient and start testing with FMU from day 9. The accuracy of the results really does vary person to person. Good luck.

We used a First Response: Early Response In-stream test with FMU at 10 DPO and got a faint but clear BFP with Jazz. I dipped instead of used it 'in stream' because my aim sucks LOL dunno if that makes a difference.
