Period came now brown blood.. WTMI!!

So this will be like way to much info but any ideas/thoughts would be great & much appreciated..

My period started 18 August and I stopped taking the pill (was meant to be sugar tablets but never take them anyway, normally just resume pill once it's finished). It only lasted 3 days with the 3rd very light.. Then all normal until Wed when I wiped and had a red blood smear, then Thursday when I got brown blood spotting and a pain/cramping... The brown spotting has continued to today when I finally thought WTF!? Do I go see a Dr or is it normal.. well isn't normal for me but we have had sex through the period etc so Im like did an egg fertilise and stop the period or what... Yesterday, now this is yuk, when in the shower, I had a little bit like enough to fill table spoon, brown blood come out!! Its like clots. So anyhoo, I no this is way to much info but just wondering if anyone has had anything like this, do I go see a Dr, could it be what they call implanting bleed??

Any thoughts would be appreciated... We only have 6 wks to conceive as then his away for 4 mths!!

Brown blood is usually just old blood. I assume from what you said about skipping the sugar tablets that you have not had withdrawal bleeds (pill periods) for a while. Your body may just be sorting itself out and having a clearout.

BTW I used to get tons of the same stuff because I have PCOS and was not ovulating properly so my body would just occasionally get rid of any build up of blood. This of course does not mean you have PCOS. Just that your body is readjusting perhaps to being off the pill and any build up that may have accumulated from not having periods.
