Vitex???????????????

Hi Ladies

I have been taking vitex ( natures Own) and today have got some bleeding. It seemed to be only very quick. Is this normal taking vitex??

I finished my af around thursday last week. Now sunday. But i usually dont spot or have any bleeds till the next af.

Hey dy2111,
I'm taking voted and I've noticed since taking it my af is alot lighter and I don't get clots and cramps anymore but I do now get spotting a cpl days after AF finishes.
Hope this helps! Spotting is a nuisance but I can def say vitex has helped my painful and heavy AF to be more bearable

I have just started taking vitex only been taking it 2weeks. I started a few days before I got AF. My AF seemed completely normal and now I am on CD9 the only thing I have noticed so far is I seem to have more CM then normal so hopefully I will ovulate earlier and it will shorten my cycle. Thats why I am taking it as I have heard it can shorten your cycle even by 1 or 2 days. But no spotting here so far.
