An embarrassing question

OK, so i actually never 'tried' to fall pg with Molly Jane, we were sort of making a half hearted effort at being 'careful' and obviously didnt do that well

So now MJ is 7 months old and we have fallen back into the same pattern of DTD and wearing protection only when we think that i am ovulating.
I am embarressed to say that i dont really know all that much about TTC (we are not) or cycle charting and so this question is a pretty basic one to most i am sure... but i never have realy considered it.

QUESTION Say if i ovulated last week (judging only by CM) when is is 'safe' to have unprotected sex again? now? or after AF arrives? or sometime else?

SJ, I would wait till about 5-6 days after the CM has changed back to cloudy. You always need to be prepared though, so be careful.

Have you even thought of joining Fertility Friend and just moitoring you cycle? It might be worth it it.

I highly recommend grabbing the book "Natural Fertility" by Francesca Naish. I am currently working right now or I would look it up the info for you. Maybe someone here has the book because it gives you a ton of info on your exact question
