My DH and I have discussed the possiblity of starting trying for our third around chrissy time. Our first was a 'spur of the moment' thing, our second an accident?? (gift from god), so now I find myself in a position that I have never been in before, where I can actually prepare my body for pregnancy.
So what should I be doing? I would like to loose the weight I gained last pregnancy (about 8kg left). I have implanon (contraceptive) in my arm at the moment and I am breastfeeding and have had nothing even resembling af since I gave birth (9mths ago)- not sure if that is because of the contraceptive or the bf, or both. should I take this out and see if I get my cycles back, to track them?? Does that matter? Should I start taking any supplements at all in preparation to TTC??? Is there anything else I can do to prepare my body?? Or should I just forget about everything and worry when I start TTC??
