Ttc - clomid 3rd cycle

Hi my name is Libby and i am on my 3rd round of clomid 50mg and 1000mg of metformin. My health problem is i have POCS and have not had a period for 6 years they came back in September and stayed for 3 months we finally got it stopped under Primoulet i came of that in Dec and tried naturally for our first month but doc said I probably wont ovulate. My cycle then did not come in Jan when it was meant to did Preg test but was negative so went back to see Dr and he put me on Primoulet for 1 week to bring on my cycle which came then I started the clomid days 3-7 and was told to bed days 14-16. So for Feb I used OPK etc and thought we had our timing right but I must not have. Mar I did not use OPK and just tired normally but on CD 30 my cycle arrived so no luck. I am now back doing round 3 and currently on CD20 I did OPK on Monday CD18 and it was positive so that means we should be bedding that day and the day after is this correct or do I have my timing and understanding of this completely wrong?? I have included both my DH test results and mine can some one help me work these out as my wonderful doc decided to take holidays and is over seas. I go for blood work on CD 23.
