I had my first accupuncture appointment today as well. Mine was great very pricey though. I cant believe everything he could tell just by feeling my pulse in my hand and looking at my tounge. He picked up all my problems b4 I could even say anything. He stated that he believes that I have poor blood flow which would have contributed to my miscarriages.
I also have long cycles 37 days and said that with the accupuncture and TCM my cycles should return to a normal 28 day cycle
I paid $135 for the accupuncture and $130 for 1 week supply of TCM
He made a lot of sense. He told me that I can not force this and it will happen when it is right and probably sooner than I think. All I can do is get my body in the best possible postion to conceive, which I have been working on for the last 12 months (with weight loss and exercise) so he basically confirmed what I was thinking and trying to put in place.
I feel the more relaxed about TTC than I ever have
I am going back next Thursday and can not wait
I am just going to concentrate on loving my husband and my life and I beleive (or am going to try to beleive) that my little buba will come when the time is right
My next appointment is on Thursday as well. I thought I would feel more relaxed so I'm a bit disappointed I felt relaxed at the time but the traffic on the way home just made me stress out.
But I trust him he seemed to know what he was talking about and I couldn't believe how spot on he was when he was feeling my pulse.
