Semen Analysis Test

Well, DP 'submitted' his sample for a semen analysis test today.

I'm praying really hard that he comes back ok so we can get on with trying to sort me out.

He's really worried that he will be 'shooting blanks' - as he put it (sorry for TMI) but I've got a feeling everything will be ok with him...

He is over weight, so he doesn't have health on his side, although we are BOTH working on this now.

Ok, so I need some 'expert' opinions...

We got the results, mostly fairly normal but he has 'HIGH' Germinal cells. Can anyone tell me what this means? it's only borderline high, but high non-the-less. In the brief at the bottom of the results, it mentions that this could be due to a disorder that results in reduced IVF rates.. Now I'm confused. can someone offer some advice and perhaps an insight into what this means?

oh i also wanted to say congrats on the current weight loss and good luck on your journey!
I've lost over 60kg myself, and I know how difficult the journey can be!
