Nausea before AF? Just me?

Hi girls,

Does anyone else get nausea before AF is due? say 1-3 days before it's due? The last 3mths i have had this... since coming off the pill... i just want to know if anyone else gets slight nausea aswell? I don't believe I am pregnant. We aren't TTC yet.

I just don't know why when AF is approaching that I feel nausea?? It's not nice!!! it's not nice when you think you are pregnant each time AF is due!!!! haha

Yes! I do, which can be a bit deceiving when ttc.

I knew a few ladies who get it too, so not too uncommon

yeah i feel sick when af is coming so then i know what im in for.. hehe

I've noticed the last couple of times before AF I've had heartburn and mild nausea for about 3 days before. Having said that AF is due for me in 2 days and I've had no nausea this time. I thought I may have invented the symptoms previously but it does sound like its not too uncommon.

Why would it make us feel that way? do you think its the hormones...?!?!

It is those pesky hormones. I get it too - really annoying when you are TTC.

thanks girls, i've just felt so bloated and disgusting today - yuck!!! be worth it if i was actually pregnant huh! :ms:

Hi Renstar,

Ahhh i know exactly what your going through! I've been off BC and TTC for two months and get nausea, bloating, sore boobs and a stronger sense of smell just prior to AF. It's so frustrating! You're not alone.....
