Need advice

Sooo my yougnest is 18mth old and its time for me to seriously think about if i want another bubbs. I have two beautiful boys who i love dearly but.....i really want a girl, i know i know sounds a bit selfishy.

Now my hubby is happy for another bubbs either sex but for me its more then just abt having another baby its wanting something which i have a 50/50 chance of having.

Im scared if i get prg found out im having another boy ill be distant him it.

i could really use some help

BM- I don't think your being selfish. Just because you would love a little girl doesn't make you a bad person! I wouldn't be worried about feeling distant if number 3 was a little boy (i thought i would be when i was pg with my son but when i found out, it didn't matter anymore, all i wanted was to have my buba in my arms!)
Remember you have a 50/50 chance- and try the gender swaying techniques.

As a mother of two boys, I totally understand where you are coming from. We are TTC at the moment and I'd love to have a girl after two boys too, but I dont expect it. Id love another boy or a girl equally so in the end it doesnt really matter, but I do understand the longing to have a girl to be able to do girly things, have pink and dolls around the house. I think most mothers do want a daughter because we are girls ourselves.

I wont lie, I was initally disappointed that DS2 was a boy and I too was worried that Id be distant from him, but once I laid eyes on him I was in love and I wouldnt have it any other way. In fact, I have always smothered DS2 in kisses and cuddles and we are very close now.

Im sure you would not be distant from your son if you had another, but that being said, I would not TTC unless you want a baby, not just a girl because even with swaying you are not guaranteed a girl (we swayed strongly for a girl with DS2 but Im glad it didnt work, lol).
