B6 Vitamins?

Does anyone know much about Vitamin B6?

My luteal phase was only 9 days this cycle, as this is a problem when TTC i was looking into it and it appears i can lengthen my LP by taking B6 vitamins, so was wondering if anyone else has had success doing this or if i should go down different road? Any advice?

I take b6 and b12 and pregnancy multi. I believe it helped me regulate my cycles a bit.
With the b6, you need to take it with other B vits to help with absorption, so that is why I take it with the pregnancy multi. But it can take a few months for it to work with your body (as all supplements can).

B6 can also help with morning sickness, so it is safe to take while pregnant too. But there are warnings for extended use of b6, so I stopped taking the extra dose at 12 weeks pregnant.

Thanks for your reply!! Am currently taking Blackmores folate, do you think that will be ok to take with the B6?

its just called "blackmores, pregnancy, folate"

Oh ok... I get folate in the pregnancy multi, but was taking the i-folic while I was TTC my DS.

I hope the b6 helps sort out your LP. But, as I said, give it a few months, and if you dont get anywhere, go and see a gyno and see if they can help...
