Not TTC but need to ask a question

Hi ladies

We're not TTCing, but since Sunday/Monday I've been having awful period like cramps, but no bleeding - I'm bout 3 days past the longest period I've had in the past 6 months and was wondering if anyone could help me out?
I am irritable, I do have sore boobs but I peed on an O test, and it came up with an extremely faint line. Now I know that doesn't mean anything but last time this happened, I was pg :\

Besides suggesting to get a HPT, any ideas?

I remember having a really uncomfortable feeling in my lower stomach and I tested and I was preg. I wouldn't have called it overly painful though, just an uncomfortable annoying sort of crampy..
Other option could it possibly be just a very heavy AF on it's way?

I'd wait til I was a week late, then do a pregnancy test. You may choose to make some lifestyle adjustments on the result of that (I don't know if you are already taking enough folic acid, or how much alcohol you drink, for example).

Actually, a positive O test can happen with pg as well. When can you take a pg test? All the best. Xx

I have heard of people finding out they were PG on an ovulation test first... THose symptoms sound very PG like... Are you having any discharge, that is usually a give away symptom for me.

Is there a reason why you can't just do a pregnancy test?

DP and I did DTD around the time of O and it was the one and only unprotected time we did it... But I took a HPT yesterday and which we're both relieved about - and making sure we don't make that mistake again! (Spotting also started bout half an hour after I did the HPT - although hasn't seemed to start up properly)
TBH, DP and I are only kinda new (bout 5 or so months the relationship) but we have talked bout kids. We've both agreed to wait till my DD and DS are both in school before we even think bout it.
I used to drink a lot, but now only one when I'm out. Haven't been thinking bout taking folic acid but thinking I should take a multi vitamin with folic acid included.

I honestly think a heavy AF is coming, at least that's what I'm hoping anyways (you'd never hear me say that!)
