ovulation question.

In need of some help, i am after signs of ovulation?

I dont get regular periods and lately have been taking vitex around day 29 i got some white sticky stuff in my undies it was sticky and streachy, could i have ovulated that late? it is a sign of O? or is there another possible reason? it lasted 2 days than dryed up.

also im crampy does that mean AF is on her way or could it be a sign of pregnancy this early? 2-3 days after DTD.

Stretchy CM usually comes around O time, but can come at any time of the cycle. Judging by the fact that the stretchy CM was there for a few days, it sounds like you O'd. Cramping can also be a sign of either impending O or that O has recently happened as well as a pre-AF sign.
Also judging by the fact that you don't get a regular AF, it is very possible that you O'd late.
Some women feel implantation occuring, but it's not common and not recognised until a positive HPT.
The cramping is possibly just the egg making it's way down the fallopian tube. I personally get the cramping quite often just prior and for a couple days after I O, so it's looking like that's what has happened.
