I have been drinks bucket loads of peppermint tea since last cycle as I have read it can lower testosterone and in turn increase progesterone lengthen ones luteal phase.
My question is - is it ok or safe to drink peppermint tea during the two week wait?
From what I understand peppermint tea can help with nausea / morning sickness but some sites suggest it could cause miscarriage and is not safe in pregnancy?
