TTC when me & DH sick...is it ok?

Hello everyone!

As luck would have it, both myself and DH have come down with a cold, right during the week I should be ovulating So, my first question is...does anyone know if its ok to still TTC if we're both sick? (so far we haven't taken any cold/flu meds yet)

Second question...I started with my cold on Tuesday...my temperature skyrocketed then and has been high since. Is this because of the cold, do you think? We DTD AM on Tuesday once I saw my high temperature, but now I don't know when I've ovulated, or if I even have yet! To make things worse, my CM has been all over the place...I'm thinking this might have been because I was on antibiotics during AF, and took 2 travacalms over the weekend (flew to Melbourne). WDYT?

I also tried to feel the position of my cervix...but I could barely reach it, sooo..I dunno if that means its high and open, or what cos I've never felt it before. Plus lack of CM made me think I can't be ovulating yet.

Could someone please have a look at my charts?...would love to get someone elses opinion...its all gone a bit wierd this month.

Hi Beanybub, I am by no way a chart expert (I am only in my 2nd month of charting) but it may be because of the illness. Have you used the other info section of FF to record illness?

Part of me says it may be ovualation but another part says illness. Is this your second charting cycle? Sorry I know I am probably not much help.

Hi tk1999, I didn't even know I could record illnesses and stuff! I'll add that info in now...hmm...doesn't seem to show up in my chart. Maybe I have to have the paid version?

This is my 3rd cycle of charting (plus 2 cycles-and-a-half earlier in the year)...this one does look funny compared to the others. So frustrating!

I have the paid version but I paid whilst I was still in the free VIP period (I just know it will take us a while TTC) so I don't know what the "normal" part looks like... I could only see this chart and your last one. Might have to look a bit more (still getting used to FF) but it does look different.
