I have a 4month old son and am exclusively breastfeeding. At the start of Dec I had an IUD put in. The last 3 nights now I have felt nauseas (can't spell!!) and told my DH who joked that I could be pregnant. Please tell me this is not possible!!!!
I'm sorry to have to say, that it is a possibility. No contraception (other than abstinance) is completely infallible.
I'd do a pregnancy test though, and got to the doctor to get a BT and also discuss any other possibilities.

Its possible you could be. Nausea could related to pregnancy or something else like a tummy bug. I suggest doing a test if you still feel like that in a couple of days.
The nausea could be from anything but it is possible to get pregnant. My mum had my brother, was breast feeding and than 9 months later had prem twins so she must have gotten pregnant within a month or 2
