    pouch of douglas - wtf???

    anyone know what exactly the pouch of douglas is and what it means to have fluid in it?????

    The pouch of douglas lays behind your uterus in your abdomen. Sometimes fliud in this area is endometriosis.

    well according to u/s no endometriosis and no PCOS, everything normal, besides no AF (CD 48). gp says no way of knowing when i will O so just get busy and BD, if no AF in 4 weeks do a HPT. She thinks its just "coming off the pill syndrome".
