PH Level - CM & Semen

Just wondering if others have done anything about PH levels in semen and CM when trying to conceive.

Looks like CM is 6
Semen is 8.5-9

What are way to lower the PH level of his semen naturally... I'd like to get it to a 7-8

I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier google extreme gender swaying, mix lime juice with distilled water you can either put it inside you or get him to do his stuff in a cup and mix it then insert it into you, sorry if this is way to much info but my DH was really high and none of the tablets made a difference.
Just a word of warning, it is hard to conceive this way as to strong and you will kill of everything.
Suck up the sperm to quickly into the Syringe and you can break off their tails.
