    When do ovulation pains occur

I've been getting some pains low near my pelvis all day which I believe might mean I'm Oing. But I just wanted to know... does a woman usually feel ovulation pains before or after the egg is released?

Based on your ticker I'd say they are ovulation pains. have you thought of charting with fertility friend?

Good question! Last time I monitored my O pain on paper it was a couple of days before day 15 which is when I normally ovulate.

I usually get pains before I ovulate and on the day of ovulation they are at their strongest.

    Thanks for the replies girls

I haven't felt any pains this morning yet so I think that I did O yesterday. We DTD last night so I'm hoping we have some luck this month! Only time will tell...
