Pregnancy testing!

Hello

I'm hoping that others will share what time in their cycle they got their BFP!

With my first pregnancy I didn't test until I was about 3 days late (two lines came up straight away!) yippee!

We're currently ttc #2 & I'm interested in finding out how others have gone with HPT (I've had a few negatives over the last few cycles...they're heartbreaking. I'm desperate for a BFP

Please share what Cycle days you got a BFN, leading up to your BFP.

I was just about to write a similar question. We are also TTC 2 and this is our 4th cycle. I am 8dpo ovulation today and I did a test this afternoon (a senstive one you can do before period is due) and it was a BFN! I really do think it is a bit early though. I think I am going to wait until 14dpo now! Fingers crossed for both of us!

When i was ttc i peed on so many sticks it wasn't funny.

With DS I think I was a few days late and got a BFP but 3 days later got a BFN in the dr office. Bloods were done and numbers were fine but apparently the amount of water you drink can make a big difference to how sensitive these test are which is why you should try and use FMU

With my DD I tested heaps! You can see on my chart (at the top of my sig) the pg tests and their results but they were very faint and never got any darker even at 6wks.

I believe the important ting to remember is that the hormones don't start doubling until implantation which can be between day 5-10 so try and hold off as long as you can

I think 11 DPO is the earliest I've got a + HPT but then again I didn't test earlier than that. It was on a lullaby conceptions sensitive HPT. I only tested that early as I'd had a temp dip that looked like it could be an implantation dip.

i got my BFP at 12DPO. i didn't test before then so only got a BFP that cycle. i used the lullaby conception tests as well. a/f probably wasn't due for me for another 3 or 4 days because i have a longer cycle.

hi there i have Peed on sticks ALOT and with my first pregnancy ( which failed) i got a positive day before missed AF was quite strong too but this time i was very tired and i just felt i was because when i asked DF to get a test on the way home i felt all shaky and nervous like i was about to get big news! and i did! 3 strong HPT's at 10DPO and i know when i ovulated as i used the fertility monitor AND it was the first time i got a peak so i had a good feeling! i used pregnosis and crystal clear. oh and i got a BFN at 7dpo with a 10miu sensitive so it does happen!

Firstbub, ttc is an emotional time, isn't it? I just want to be pregnant!!!

Well I tested yesterday (3-4 days before my period is due to arrive) and it was neg I was really shocked it wasn't positive. Now I'm really annoyed with myself that I didn't wait.
