Hello i am new and about to start clomid.
I have just taken provera for 5 days - finished on Friday and waiting for my period!
And then on day 5 of my period (if it ever comes) will start the clomid for five days (till day 9).
I have been off the pill since Janaury this year, was on the pill for 16 years and have only had one period, from my first time on provera. Have had an ultrasound and so many blood tests i am like a pin cushion! and dont have POCS and still not ovulating.
Please tell me some inspiring stories to help me during my constant worry that i will never have a baby

As a midwife I have seen lots of inspiring stories. Most remembered is a lady. She was 38 and had being with her DH since 16 (having unprotected sex the whole time) well for over 20years she didnt get pregnant despite IVF and the works. Well after years of thinking she wouldnt have children she fell pregnant naturally and had her DD. It was so special. I was the midwife working when her bub was born and we were all crying. It was just a beautiful moment share with her and her family.
I have heaps more but will kepp it short just wanted to welcome you and wish you the best of luck getting pregnant and having baby. Im sure it wil happen (just unfortunately not in the time frame we would hope)

Now thankfully on day 2 of my cycle so will start the clomid on day 5.
I am not expecting miracles this month but at least get things started.
It is great that an experienced mid wife has replied to my thread!!!
Will have to ask you lots and lots of questions!
