Second time

Hi everyone,

Just wondering, as we had to wait 18 months to conceive our first, what are the chances of having to wait for that long second time?

I know it is not an exact sience but is it more likely it will take (at least) that long again?
Or might it be quicker this time around?

I can attest to it being quicker second time around. I have fertility issues due to PCOS but concieved naturally after 11 months with DS#1 and after only 5 with DS#2.

I believe you can actually be more fertile after having a baby once AF returns, but then again it all depends on that all important timing IYKWIM.

We took 12 months TTC #1 but #2 was first go!

Sounds promising! We hope to fall pregnant again second half of this year, just praying I won't have to wait this long again (went to see a acupuncturist 3 months be4 and during falling pregnant. Hoping not to need that this time round!)

AF has returned and is very regular!
