    Interesting article I just found about how our cycles are supposed to sync up with the moon cycles, and therefore artificial light is stuffing up our rhythms. Read the comments as well to hear from women who have tried it

    Check it out.

    Totally gonna try this - even if it just gives me regular cycles, I'm happy!

    I have heard of this before. I get a heap of natural moonlight into my room, but my cycles have never synced to the moon. Good luck with yours though!

    I conceived DD on a full moon, and went into labour and gave birth on a full moon.
