What Does Ovulation Pain fee Like??

Hi!

I have been tracking my cycle the last couple of months and according to my temps, I ovulated yesterday.

Today I have woken up feeling like absolute $hit with really bad cramping. I was thinking Ovulations pain but its all over my lower abdomen, back and sides.

Can anyone tell me what Ovulation pain feels like???

Hi Sara,

Don't know if it's different for everyone, but for me it is quite a specific cramp on the side I am ovulating from, just inside where my pelvic bone comes around. There is generally no other pain anywhere else.

Maybe others can let you know if they have something different.

Hope you can work out what it is.
