    for those who have recently become pregnant

    Hi guys,
    I have noticed that a few of you ladies have recently become pregnant, which is fantastic news - it gives the rest of us hope!
    So what I am wondering is did you do anything different in the cycle you became preggers?
    Day before O or day of.etc.
    Anything would be of assistance.
