Sorry this might be a stupid question.

I am about to embark on my first IVF and have a read book that there are many herbs you shouldn't eat when pregnant as they can cause a miscarriage.

The book even mentioned herbal teas. Was wondering if anyone knows a comprehensive reliable guide of what to eat and what not?

Just wondering whether I should ban herbs in my cooking - I have my own herb garden with chives, parsely, sage, thyme, oregano, mint etc and usually use them for cooking.
