Hi
im have started charting on ff this month and have a couple of questions.
how many people have had high points and actually been utd that cycle... ?
did you find it accurate when you ovulated?

any advice would be great. thanks liz

Hi Liz,

I was using FF (and am currently 28 weeks pg) It pinpointed the first time I ovulated after having an implanon removed (Aug 08) and being diagnosed with PCOS (Oct 08) - ovulation was in Dec 08 and if it weren't for FF I wouldn't have had the foggiest because my CM was a bit here and there but my temps were what showed it in the end.

Liz, I generally find FF is good at pinpointing O on a simple chart but I sometimes wonder about their analysis on what I like to call "wacky" charts. I'd probably put yours in the second category at this stage. Sorry. Looking at what you've got there, if I had to take a guess I'd say I don't think you did O where you have the crosshairs. I think you'll need to wait a few days and see what happens with the next few temps. But others may disagree with me?

ps I know someone over there who got a BFP when they had 4 points. She even had the screen capture to prove it. I didn't put much stock in them before I heard that, but now I'd classify them as meaningless.

Juniper, I'd agree - for a while there in my first month after AF returned October 2008/November 2008) FF was changing my O date each day after I entered a temp... it was very frustrating - then once AF arrived it decided I hadn't O'd at all... I was devastated - but it did get it right the next month after having the broken cross hairs a few times I got the solid ones and then found out I was pg

thanks girls.. it did change my o date once a couple of days after it first decided. i stupidly tested this morning at 10dpo and of course it was a neg. i knew it would be but had to test anyways.
