I am totally confused. I am on day 6 of my cycle and can feel ovulation pain already so i decided to do an Ovulation test - it come up positive!! I am still bleeding so there is no way my fiance' will BD with me. What is going on? Could the test be wrong? i ovulated on day 11 last cycle.
Also i am confused with my graph ... it looks SO different to the last one. Is it normal to ovulate at different times every month?

It's unusual to O so early but not unheard of. Also, you may find your body is gearing up to O but won't until later, my body does this a lot, it's related to my PCOS but it can happen to people without PCOS as well. The hormones start which gives me a pos O test but the temps don't rise. The only way for me to know if I have O'd is the temp rise.
Graphs can vary a lot month to month, temps can be dependant on a lot of different things so each month may look different, what's important is the pattern of this graph and it does look like a temp dip, similar to what you'd see pre- O. Sorry to say but te only way to know for sure is to see what happens with your temp over the next few days. Hopefully your body will hold off for a few days so your DF will be happy to BD.
glenny_c - I do have cysts on my ovaries so maybe that's why I ovulate differently each month?I'm going to do another test later to see if it shows the same result.
em - I had a normal af so I doubt it. Who knows lol. Bodies are strange things at times lol.
I retested and it was a neg. I'm going to do one more tonight and see what the outcome is.Fingers crossed we can get in early and bd tonight providing af goes away!!
I tested twice last night and both were negative then when i got home from work not long ago i retested again and it was a positive. Am i getting these positives because i have been holding for longer than 4 hours? what do i do RE: my chart? do i remove the positive test or leave it there?
Do my DF and i just start BD'ing tonight and every second night from then?
Sorry i am so confused and dont want to miss the chance of trying for a baby this month. Everything went so smoothly last month , why the confusion this time?
