Heavy implantation??

I know i haven't been on here in ages but i need to reach out again for some advice.
Im on CD 20 and dtd on cd 14.. i normally have a cycle about 28-35days and always spot for at least a day before full af.
today out of the blue i went to the toilet and have dark red bleed.. a fair bit too.. enough to drip in loo(sorry tmi).

has anyone had a heavy implantation bleed like this or is this my body just being stupid. i have had a bad cold all week after getting home from a 2week trip to china.
help please

My implantation bleed with DD was heavy enough that I thought AF had started. Lasted one day and then gone as quickly as it started. It was pretty full on but it was a while ago so I cant recall bright or dark red blood, sorry.

thanks lily dust. i don't have any other pms symptoms so i really do have my too. but i know after this long never to get my hopes too high. its a long way to fall.
