    TTC and manflu (whinge)

Ok, you have a cold. We are finally ttc and we are conceiving this cycle. Which means we need sex.

Poor dh, I am forcing him to have sex with me when he has a cold and doesn't feel up to it. Poor dh, he can live a normal life but whinge he's too ill for sex and make me feel like the most unfanciable creature ever due to his lack of desire. Or the assumation that cos I demand sex I don't also want foreplay, cuddling afterwards or any love in our lovemaking.

Course not. He has a cold, after all, so that makes me a mean wife. Grrrrr. Sick of complaining to him, so will about him instead.

Trust me, I've just told him to man up and get on with it. Doesn't mean I don't get whinged at or made to feel desirable, or that sex with me is a good thing.

I was looking forward to ttc and loads of sex so much, and it was rubbish. Don't want to ttc again now due to the way.I feel about sex after this last week or so.

That is really tough. I've been through patches like that before, mostly after DD was born, both while TCCing number 2 and before we were TCCing. It really weighs down your sense of wellbeing. X
