I tested for ovulation on oct 23 - nothing
Oct 24 nothing
Oct 25 second line on opk
So we are hoping we caught o this month, and have been bd ever since
I just did another before and no second line, so hopefully I ovulated already and we have a chance this month !!!!

I think I ovulated today so due to test on the 20th.
Unlike current months I might hold out till at least 8dpo before testing.
It always ended up a dissappointment!
My bday is on the 17th so I wonder if I should test then.
Fx for all of us and hoping santa brings us ladies a bfp this chrissy.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is LP? and is 10 days average/short/long?:
and CD is that cycle duraton?
Sorry, im shocking at assuming everyone knows the forum lingo lol. CD is Cycle Day. LP is Luteal Phase and a "normal" LP is 14 days, so yeah, mines a little short. But they dont consider it a "defect" unless its under 10 days lol. If you google, its sure to give you lots of information on LP's etc.
the LP - Luteal phase, is the 2nd half of your cycle, the phase between ovulation and your period.

I was reading the pamphlet that came with the tests (for the 100th time!) and the statistics on it said that only 42% of people will get a pos result 4 days prior to AF, and then it increases from there and at 2 days before is still not particularly good (you probably already know this)
I hope it comes out a nice BFP in the next couple of days :)
I'm thinking i'm out for this month....
Have a 'pre-period' type mucus, some cramping, zits galore and I can smell blood....
So guess AF will be here tomorrow, early B****....

when are you going to test? I'm still in this race yay! no AF today, so maybe it was implantation spotting and preg symptoms? I didn't have them with DS so it's all new to me:)

Hey all hope I can join this thread I'm in my tww ovd round the 23rd so I'll say I'm 4dpo today (nearly 5 woohoo!) and experienced slight cramping and some ewcm yesterday but today cramping still here no ewcm it's turned creamy... I'm going to test in 7-8 days!!! Wish me luck I really want and need this bfp! Xx

Hi everyone.... I'm stalking! :-)). I'm 10 dpo today, did a test at 8 days and it was negative so not getting my hopes up... This will be the 9th month trying Shettles method for a girl! Fingers crossed everyone and good luck! :-D
