Other Methods of conception

Unsual topic title i guess, but im wondering about other methods people have heard of, have tried- failed with, succeeded with in TTC.

I was having a browse around reading online and there was a cup method, which is basically like a little rubber diaphram that you put inside your vagina after intercourse so that the Sperm stays inside and doesnt ooze out. Personally can imagine a trip to a doctor saying its stuck, i cant get it out :eek:

I suppose there is the turkey baster method. To make sure the spermies hit the spot.

I agree with Tanya...that was the only other one i came up with too....

A ex friend of mine used an oral syringe (the ones you take medicine with available from the chemist)to get pg. Apparently her DH found it hard to "climax" in her (sorry probably TMI) and had to do it manually so they used a cup and then she artifically inseminated herself with it. Oh and she used a pillow to prop her bum up for a little while. It obviously worked as she had 4 kids doing it this way!! (not all all 4 at once)
