    Cool Up in the Air..

Ok so with all the drama in my life right now, i have been thinking of wanting to add another bundle of joy to my family...
I have no idea why, but i just have this urge to do it..
Thing is also im craving twins.. how you say?? NO IDEA, i am literally talking and craving twins.. evey show i saee have twins every thing i read just seems to have twins etc etc, if you catch my drift lol.. They are just everywhere...
My mum reckons now that my eldest ds has moved to my ex dh's im feeling the loss again.. and since ds was a twin, she thinks im looking for that situation again, just without the loss of baby itms?
SO i approached dh on this and his response, "your dreaming"... But i dont do anything, my home business is on hold due to the recent scam i fell into, ds's are with their dad, ds3 is going to big schoold next yr and dd will need a friend.. wont she???
    Is this normal?
Is there a way to increase your chance of twins?
    i feel like a nut!!

I think craving twins is pretty normal. It's something a bit special and unusual, and having two little ones at the same stage who just adore each other is pretty amazing. However it is a heap of work and can be physically very draining on your body.

As for tips to get them - positive thinking and visualising two separate eggs releasing at ovulation worked for me

Nope, no twins in my family and no other risk factors (age, parity, etc). All I did after DTD was visualise a healthy egg releasing and being fertilised. I felt a twinge in one ovary and thought maybe it had worked but decided to do it again jic. I felt a twinge in the other ovary and thought "oops". I then spent the next 21 weeks fearful of having twins
