Upset tummy - sign on pregnancy!?

Just wondering if anyone found they had diarhoea and a crampy, churny, bloated tummy in early pregnancy? Im talking about when its too earlly for a HPT..before AF is due.. Just had one for the last couple of days and pretty sure its not a tummy bug as I feel well other than an upset tummy...(Sorry for TMI).
Just wondering if it may be an early pregnancy sign?! (grasping at straws )

I was very crampy but not the kind your talking. Though my mum was with my younger sister she went to the doctors complaining of her stomach churning and being crampy for a few weeks sure enough she was 8 weeks pregnant.

Yep. This time round I was so so sure that I wasn't pregnant and took two days off work because of a tummy bug. Tested at 11dpo and - oh hey!
