I'm starting to feel realy clucky and wanting another baby but DH dosnt. I'm thinking in a few years as right now Im trying to satisfy the need by helping somone else by egg donation. Has anyone else been through this and not got the baby they longed for.
I will be in the same position as you shortly. I'm currently expect my 3rd but want a 4th but DH doesn't. As I haven't had my 3rd yet I'm trying not to worry about the possibility this bub will be our last. I know deep down that after this bub arrives I wont feel my family is complete.
Congrats on becoming an egg donor. I hope your DH changes his mind and wants a 3rd also.
TBH, i did get the baby i longed for, and it has caused a bit of tension between DH and me....he said he didn't want another one, i always did, and through this whole pregnancy, we have kind of been fighting about it on and off. of course DH has said he will love this baby and it's a part of our family, but if he had a choice, he wouldn't have gone for the third.....i know sometimes he has a bit of resentment or something for 'pushing' him into a 3rd although it takes 2 to tango and he knew i wasn't on the pill, so it's not all my fault....
i know i just didn't answer your question the way you wanted, but just a different persective for you guys to think about?
