Question What are the chances of concieving a day after AF?

I got AF on the 15th and finished on the 24th. We DTD last night and usually he pulls out but he didnt.

I don't really understand how it all works considering it only took one oopsie to concieve DD and by my calendar it was the day after i ovulated.. and going by an online calender yesterday was a fertile day but thats going by a 28 day cycle which generally mine is but this AF was 3 weeks late so im not sure if its still corrent IYKWIM..?

I heard that sperm can live up to 5 days up inside so is there a chance i still could concieve... i feel like such an idiot i just have no idea about this stuff.

It's very possible hun. I have a friend that got pg when she had a 'last one for the road' with her then estranged hubby DURING her AF! She knows exactly when it happened because it was the only time they DTD in months......

If you finished your period two days ago it would be extremely unlikely. If you usually have a 28 day cycle, chances are you ovulate somewhere mid cycle, so say in 10-14 days. Sperm cannot live this long. Do you know how long your luteal phase is?

    My LP is 14 days.

I'm just confused as usually my AF usually only lasts 5 days and it went for 9 days but it was very light so i don't know if that would affect when i would ovulate...

Yes it's possible. Sounds like you dtd on cd10. Sperm can live up to 5-6 days.

If you're concerned, the MAP is available over the counter from pharmacies.

Yes there would be a very slim possiblity. If you dont want any suprises, just take extra precautions. From memory, dont you have PCOS aswell? Or am i thinking of someone else..
