I laughed at the chill pill part (thanks for that!)... since you are in nowhere mans land as far as testing, perhaps the chill pill would be the best for a few more days!!! It could well be an anxious wait with you looking at every little niggle in the body, but I am fairly certain there will be no way of knowing for a few more days yet! As far as make up pills I don't think that will cover the time you missed the pill.
